What You’ll Do

  • Maintain code for multiple microservice projects that support our web scraping infrastructure.

  • Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.

  • Integrate to new vendor APIs.

  • Architect new, scalable, reliable and performant solutions as needed.

  • Work with product owners and business partners to further define work items.

  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and work.

  • Monitor production services for issues and bugs.

  • Promptly research and fix issues and bugs.


What experience you need 

  • BS or MS degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience required.

  • 1+ years of experience in public cloud platforms - GCP, AWS, or Azure.

  • 4+ years of experience developing in .NET Core, microservices, and EKS or Docker.

  • Experience with XML integrations with third-party web APIs.


What could set you apart

  • Proficient with utilizing a software version control system with preference to Git.

  • Experience in a structured software development life cycle with preference to Agile methodologies.

  • Experience utilizing a project planning tool with preference to Jira.

  • Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including communicating technical issues to non-technical audiences.
