Product Manager - D2C Regulatory

The Product Manager - D2C Regulatory will be responsible for translating various government regulations into business requirements working with design team, content writers, and legal and compliance to develop products to meet expectations, often in tight time frames. Collaborate with team members to ensure that overall strategies are aligned, and dependencies are clearly communicated and tracked. Participate in developing product and product line strategies, directions and recommendations as input to overall company planning process. Participate in analysis of current and future markets, technology and competitive trends to support the strategy.


What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure that overall strategies are aligned, and dependencies are clearly communicated and tracked

  •  Drive prioritization of backlog, understanding product trade-offs and driving alignment, balancing long-term technical sustainability versus short-term trade-offs

  • Collect, analyze and interpret data to make product development and lifecycle management decisions including enhancements 

  • Drive faster innovation by creating product efficiencies, encouraging new ways to solve existing problems, and valuing learning

  • Focus on creating and maintaining compliance documentation. 

  • Proficiency with various software including: G-suite, JIRA, Adobe, Clarizen, Salesforce, Aha!

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Develop business cases and define product roadmap used in product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value Stream

​What experience you need 

  •  BA degree in related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Manager role

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience writing detailed product requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years with direct-to-consumer companies

What could set you apart

  • Experience working with government agencies, financial services or credit industry experience

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and change in a collaborative and agile environment

  • Experience translating regulated and regulatory mandates into software and process business requirements
