Squad Leader / Senior Technology Talent Acquisition Partner - Data Fabric, Data Analytics & Security

As a Strategic Partner, the Senior Technology Talent Acquisition Partner / Squad Leader is responsible for full life cycle recruitment on business critical roles and will collaborate with and advise Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business. 

What you’ll do

  • Serve as Squad Leader for our Security, Data Analytics and Data Fabric Alliances.

  • Meet with Layer 3 leaders on a quarterly basis to discuss recruiting performance, strategic initiatives, challenges, etc.

  • Manage relationships with HR Business Partners in the alliances being supported

  • Independently source and manage 15-25 requisitions at any given time in our Product, Data Analytics and Technology space

  • Meet clearly defined recruiting metrics around recruiting cycle time, submittal to hire ratio, etc

  • Build and execute recruiting strategies which include target lists, job description review, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, research, proactive cold calling and candidate development, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection, creation and negotiation of offers, and reference checking

  • Create strong internal and external relationships in the function/industry in order to build a candidate pipeline for current and future openings

  • Communicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Compensation Partners, external contacts, candidates and prospects to ensure a positive client and candidate experience

  • Prioritize work and set appropriate expectations with hiring managers and partners

  • Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seek new methods and innovative solutions, to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipeline

  • Represent and differentiate Equifax to external candidates by effectively describing our business, strategy, culture and values

  • Comply with all Talent Acquisition and broader Equifax policies, procedures and risk requirements

What experience you need

  • 10 years’ experience in technology recruiting senior level professionals

  • 3+ years of technology agency recruiting experience highly preferred 

  • 3+ years executive recruitment experience

  • 10 years managing requisitions that require a deep understanding of technology

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience required (5 years)

  • Proven track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring successful senior level talent

  • Proven adviser to hiring managers regarding recruitment plans and execution, candidate assessment and hiring, and market intelligence

  • Demonstrate strong influencing, decision making and execution skills

  • Ability to overcome obstacles, proactively manage expectations and relationships, provide innovative ideas and solutions, and shares best practices

  • Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills
