What you will do:

Our new Client Engagement Manager will work with our B2B commercial team to develop mutually beneficial relationships with the customer base.  Your willingness to go the “extra mile”, strong and excellent organisational skills will be essential in your success in this role.

A key component of this role is to respond to and take ownership of our customer enquiries to ensure that seamless quality service is always delivered whilst developing rapport and open communication with all customers. Your commitment to delivering quality customer service will be advantageous. 

The role will work closely with the Head of B2B Commercial to substantially increase the market awareness for the Corporate Accounts offerings and in turn drive growth. From this perspective, the role is both a product evangelist & operational sales support and is a vital component in supporting Equifax’s goal of achieving a dominant market position in the Commercial bureau market with our major customers.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience supporting a portfolio of B2B commercial customers 

  • A structured approach to resolving problems solving with a customer centric approach

  • Expert in time management and prioritise accordingly

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Naturally collaborative with a service excellent mentality 

  • Personal presence and highly effective relationship building skills with senior stakeholders

  • Experience providing, accurate and timely information and KPI reporting

  • Managing a sales pipeline via or equivalent CRM

  • Ensure key stakeholders are kept updated of any significant change in market dynamics from either our major local customers or competitors
