We have a great new role to join our operations team in Nottingham city center, this role is key in delivering a great service to our clients as well as their consumers.

What you’ll do

  • Manage operational queries from both internal and external stakeholders, including, the wider Operations team, clients and suppliers

  • Accurately review and input information gathered from clients and suppliers into our databases and systems

  • Ensure all SLA’s are consistently met and issues escalated where appropriate

  • Support the Senior and Team leader with Quality Assurance checks

  • Become and act as a Subject Matter Expert

  • Work with your Team Leader to drive liquidation rates and increase revenue

What experience you need 

  • Intermediate administration and/or data entry experience

  • Intermediate phone-based customer service experience or similar

  • Good experience using Microsoft/ Google packages

  • Good experience in process management

  • Good evidence of suggesting and delivering process improvements

What could set you apart

  • Understanding of debt recovery industry or financial services

  • Previous experience in complaints handling 

  • An understanding of FOS and FCA regulations
