As our Apprentice End User Support Technician you will become a valued part of the IT Support team UK&I, learn how to provide technical support, gain on the job experience, resolve first line support tickets, build and or update software/ hardware and work with experienced colleagues to resolve more complex issues.

What you’ll do
Successfully undertake Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship, through blended learning combined with online technical training as well as practical on the job experience
Provide Level 1 end user software and hardware support
Ensure technology and telecommunications infrastructure is functioning appropriately
Manage incidents, escalating when appropriate
Conduct system backups
What experience you need
Ideally hold a C/4 grade in both GCSE Maths & English (or you will also be required to undertake this additional training)
Good interest in technical systems (electronics, electrics, IT, security systems, telecoms)
Good customer/ people focused experience
