Customer Service Representative

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure service excellence in the areas of disputes and regulatory fulfilment. The role will ensure the regulatory processes and escalated disputes in GCS are managed appropriately in order to deliver excellent service, while ensuring compliance with all external regulations and quality standards. The Regulatory Process Analyst will facilitate the ordering and fulfillment of requests made by individuals under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), liaising with key stakeholders and the Data Protection Officer.The position will report on dispute and regulatory outputs to the GCS Team Leader a regular basis.

What you’ll do

  • Provide support and guidance to the GCS Customer Service teams in dispute and regulatory management.

  • Effectively manage disputes and regulatory cases. For individual cases, ensure that an appropriate case file is compiled to allow a fair assessment of the request received.

  • Manage a series of regulatory based tasks including Data Subject Access Requests, Erasure and other GDPR requests, Disputes, Employee Enquiries, GRA and Victim of Fraud, ensuring these processes are managed efficiently and minimising any business risk.

What experience you'll need

  • Good experience in a fast paced, Customer Service environment

  • Good experience in operating in a highly regulated organisation

  • Good experience coaching & providing feedback

  • Good experience in a call/contact centre
