Senior Executive Compensation Analyst

Equifax is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Analyst to join our team in our Atlanta Midtown office.  The incumbent will be focused on equity administration for Equifax to include management of RSUs and Stock Options, as well as managing the vendor relationship with our plan administrator. This individual will be responsible for preparing reports for the Board, calculating usage statistics, working with HR Operations to capture recommendations and upload to the plan administrator system, as well as perform any audit requests around equity, as well as performing retention analytics of our equity program.

The Executive Compensation Analyst will provide data reporting, analysis and insight to inform and measure outcomes for all aspects of leadership compensation, including base pay, short- and long-term incentives. Supports material development and reporting for the Equifax Board of Directors' Compensation Committee meetings and Senior Leadership Team updates. Responsible for all aspects of administration of the Company's equity compensation plan.  The Compensation Analyst/Consultant provides critical insight, data and analysis in support of our Enterprise  compensation activities. Key to the success of the role will be development of a close, continuous partnership with key stakeholders throughout our HR. Legal and Finance communities to effectively execute against the Equifax Rewards strategies. This role will report to the Equifax Global Compensation Leader.

What You’ll Do

  • Provides career level, day-to-day operational analysis and recommendations for all aspects of leadership compensation, including base pay, long-term incentives, short-term incentives and one-time payments

  • Supports development of reporting and materials for the Board's Compensation Committee meetings

  • Responsible for project management and execution of the annual management equity grant

  • Leverages the long-term incentive philosophy to determine eligibility globally

  • Works closely with partners in Talent, Legal, Finance, Global Compensation, HR Operations and HR Systems to ensure data accuracy and coordination of all changes and communications

  • Partner with Finance to forecast annual compensation-related expenses and accrual information

Experience You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3 years of experience managing corporate equity programs or 5 years managing corporate benefits (not equity programs); or equivalent combination of experience 

  • 2+ years of experience in advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables & V-Lookups

  • 2+ years of Data Modeling experience
