We’re looking for a Java software engineer with hands-on public cloud experience using open sources tools in distributed environments.
You will be joining our highly successful Collections tribe and get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including Big-data Batch systems, UI components and Cloud-based technologies. You will be building applications for large financial institutions across the globe.
What you’ll do

Designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving software, primarily using Java

Translating functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design

As part of a community, you’ll participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards

You will work with product owners, UX and other business partners to define work for the team
What experience you need
-
Good Experience in overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance using Java

Prior experience working with some of the following; Spark, Spring (Core, MVC), Postgres, JPA, Jenkins, Angular, Spock, Cucumber, Terraform, Linux

Exposure to AWS: EMR, Step Functions, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM
