What you’ll do:
As a Performance & Learning leader you will be responsible to collaborate with appropriate resources to identify and analyze training needs across the organization and business units. You will also ensure that programs are aligned with the organization’s business goals. You will be responsible for organizing, Conducting and evaluating internal training programs and will also develop instructional materials and deliver trainings. You will identify, develop and deploy the appropriate training technology to ensure effective learning. You will engage with wider learning communities to benchmark and adopt learning capability standards for the Equifax Fit2Build team. You will be assisting employees and managers in meeting employee development needs. As a Performance & Learning Leader you will consult with leaders, SMEs and working groups to ensure technically sound program delivery.

What are we looking for?
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● 5+ years of experience as Technical Trainer or in Learning & Development
● Keen attention to detail with teaching ability and a calm, caring demeanor
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others

● Excellent experience in developing training manuals and class materials
● Proficiency in conducting surveys, TNA and evaluating training.


Extra points for any of the following:
● Experience in the Construction Industry is preferred however, Banking and Finance is also of value.
