Synopsis of the role:

The Engagement Workflow Manager will help ensure top quality outcomes for all growth related projects, have strong leadership capabilities and a customer service orientation. Key activities will include complex work assignments, structure policy development while working autonomously to meet the needs of the business and customer for projects and timelines. The Engagement Workflow Manager will liaise with key internal stakeholders to understand areas of opportunity, bottlenecks and recommend solutions to enable best in class project execution. 

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for delivery initiatives submissions, ensuring high level requirements capture, proper documentation, full sizing and estimation to meet and/or develop standard SLAs and policy.

  • Support governance and management of the prioritization process ensuring all key owners and stakeholders are engaged and priorities are decided and communicated in a timely manner.

  • Facilitate information gathering sessions with SMEs, and ask probing questions to ensure completeness of requirements and capture of end-to-end processes with minimal baseline direction from senior leadership.

  • Analyze and prepare business impact documentation for overall prioritization for the Delivery Team, identify system or regulatory changes, and change management and training requirements.

  • Provide regular reporting, process improvements, project action, plans  and dashboards to key stakeholders and business partners.

  • Design, map and document  the process flows, requirements gathering techniques, how to conduct structured analysis, data modeling, process mapping and Project Management Life Cycles.

  • Ensuring that all internal teams are working together effectively and efficiently and leveraging your experience with large scale enterprise projects and helping shepherd them through various stages of delivery, within the utilization of Atlassian product suites 

  • Consistent monitoring, feedback and adherence to engagement delivery models by presenting and outlining areas of improvement, concerns and dependencies. 

What experience you need: 

  • 5+ years experience in business analysis or equivalent roles 

  • 5+ years project management experience

  • Post-secondary education in analysis, information systems, or a related field

  • 2+ years experience administering Jira Software and Confluence (Atlassian certification desired)

What could set you apart:

  • SaFE certification for Program Administration

  • Previous Financial Services experience considered an asset
