What you will do:

The Client Engagement Manager key responsibility is to manage all operational engagements between Equifax and our partners to deliver operational excellence. Our CEM’s provide excellence in operational matters  across the Equifax business lines, including Consumer, Commercial, Scoring and Decisioning Solutions, Fraud and Identity Solutions, Commercial Property Services, Collections Services and other Equifax Value-added services and solutions.

This role requires a high-energy and targeted approach, to create a retention strategy and solid pipeline of opportunities across a pre-defined territory.

The role will work closely with the Head of Government, Telco & Utility to substantially increase the market awareness for the Corporate Accounts offerings and in turn drive growth. From this perspective, the role is both a product evangelist as well as a specialist and is a vital component in supporting Equifax’s goal of achieving a dominant market position in the Commercial bureau market with our major customers.

  • Develop a market coverage, retention and penetration strategy to identify high value sales opportunities within the consumer and commercial credit industry.

  • Develop a solid pipeline 

  • Develop in-depth Strategic Account Management plans across the Top clients in the region and share with relevant stakeholders.

  • Provide relevant, accurate and timely information and KPI reporting as per agreed deadlines and monthly budget reports and forecasting

  • Manage the pipeline via Salesforce.com and ensure

  • Ensure key stakeholders are kept updated of any significant change in market dynamics from either our major local customers or competitors
