Recruitment Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about designing compelling communication that helps employers attract smart and passionate experts in their field?  We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading the design and ongoing development of the marketing strategy for our Talent CRM and Career Site. This role will be working in a global matrixed environment which will require expertise in collaboration, accountability, and delivering tangible results.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development of recruitment marketing content in our Talent CRM and Career Site that will help differentiate Equifax from our talent competitors 

  • Amplify our employer brand by creating compelling communication in our the Talent CRM messaging and Career Site

  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Marketing, TA, and various business partners across the global enterprise as we seek to increase brand awareness in key talent markets

  • Cultivate and grow our talent community networks through relevant and engaging content 

  • Lead the content strategy and creation for our Career Site which will include videos, photos, and blog posts

  • Partner with our TA Leaders as we seek to creatively find ways to attract top talent 

  • Create timely communication touch points throughout the candidate journey designed to create a world-class candidate experience 

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign results in partnership with marketing team

What experience you need 

  • Minimum of 6 years of Recruitment Marketing experience 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience developing communications for a Talent CRM

  • Minimum of 2 year of experience working in a global enterprise environment 

What could set you apart

  • Experience with Beamery Talent CRM

  • Basic knowledge of HTML (for easier development of campaigns in the CRM

  • Experience directing and creating video content for employer branding
