Senior Product Manager, Direct to Consumer Lead Generation

The Equifax Global Consumer Solutions’ Product team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Director who is passionate about building customer centric products.  As a Senior Product Director at Equifax, you will work with the business, marketing, call center operations and our Technology partners to create new products and services for our consumers.

This role will be tasked with managing a consumer product portfolio, including our Direct to Consumer Lead Generation Marketplace and will be responsible for driving growth across the product lifecycle.  The Direct to consumer lead generation marketplace provides our direct to consumers with custom offers and products that help them live their best financial offers -credit cards, mortgages, personal loans, insurance and auto loans.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the direct to consumer lead generation business to optimize revenue, customer experience and business objectives

  • Manage and grow the business alongside our external partner

  • Review current strategy for inclusive of opportunity assessment, strategy, target segment, and growth and development roadmap

  • Understands customer insights, usability studies, competitive research, and analytics to drive innovation across the product line and help influence customer and product experiences

  • Partners with the CX/UX team on creating product experience

  • Create high level system flows and Epic/Feature documentation as needed

  • Evangelize product direction to internal stakeholders and customers. Identify commonalities or gaps across stakeholders and proactively drive toward alignment

Must Haves

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar major. Business or equivalent job experience required

  • 7+ years of product management experience
