Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on creating meaningful product offerings in the Commercial/ Consumer lending space for Equifax India . Objective is to create unique offerings that bring us ahead of the curve and keep our product portfolio competitive in the market; resulting in new/ increased revenue opportunities.

7+ years of professional work experience with a proven ability to manage complex products, projects and program Of these, 3 years should be in the banking/lending business (3 yrs can be waived for internal candidates).

Education qualification : MBA

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the suite of existing products, keeping them relevant and up-to-date

  • Create new offerings that address the needs of clients 

  • Comply with regulatory direction on Product constructs

  • Understand market conditions and competitor product offerings and decide prioritization of product build and deployments

  • Create product roadmaps for short-term and long-term goals

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement product ideas

  • Support the integration roadmap and GTM strategy

  • Be the subject matter expert for own line of business

  • Design product collateral and cheat sheets for sales team

  • Train and assist the sales team on client queries

  • Work with Sales on a regular basis in order to get product feedback and understand client expectations

  • Track revenue and support business in achieving targets


  • Excellent communication skills and written English skills

  •  Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Ability to build relationships and collaborate at all levels in the organization

  •  Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and/or effectively with diverse, cross cultural teams

  • Critical thinking skills and attention to detail
