What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the Identity Suite for PII elements, with a focus on GLB Compliant assets

  • Provide thought leadership and oversight for overall Identity Data and Header products and product lines directly managed 

  • Support Business Transformation efforts to create efficiencies and optimize product performance for existing products while also leveraging new capabilities to drive go-forward innovation

  • Develop and ongoing refinement of materials (user guides, insights, tools, etc.) to support sales efforts 

  • Own overall product lifecycle including: market understanding for product and product lines managed, define elements required to meet market needs, lead efforts to prepare for and support product release, assess and plan the product’s future lifecycle, to include enhancement and sunsetting

  • Perform market sizing and segmentation to drive high potential opportunities, manage market feedback efforts to drive product direction and lead efforts to maintain awareness of and champion on-going sustained competitive differentiation

  • Advise on buy, build, partner approach, ensure solution demonstrates commercial viability

  • Foster innovation by bringing up new problems, encouraging new ways to solve existing problems, and valuing learning

  • Define and establish objectives and track and manage multiple products through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Consult with product marketing and provide input to ensure success

  • Drive product engagement and satisfaction and manage the product’s performance including attainment of revenue and margin objectives, assess monitored product adoption and usage and engage in the collection of customer feedback

  • Collect, analyze and interpret data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings to drive product development and lifecycle management decisions including enhancements and sunsetting

  • Gain a deep and comprehensive perspective on industry challenges by networking with experienced industry peers and colleagues. 

  • Leverages technical knowledge of products to ensure customer needs are defined, met and anticipated across the product lifecycle including: Development, Delivery channels, customer implementations, customer support, product enhancements

  • Other duties as required 

Must Haves

  • BS or MS degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • 4-7  years experience working in product management or a related field

  • 3+ years experience working with customers

  • Ability and experience with effectively leading and enable others to drive business forward 

  • Proven ability to manage a products full life cycle

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view, advocating for others and addressing counterproductive behaviors.  

  • Knowledge of the customer’s consumption habits, product preferences and purchase intent to generate recommendations for product development.  

  • Development of commercial model and packaging discussions

  • Created business cases for new product concepts, aligning product roadmap to product strategy across the Product Delivery Value Stream and pitching concepts to all levels of the business. 

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and thought leader in the Identity Data space on technical knowledge of products and product lines to ensure customer needs are defined, met and anticipated across the product lifecycle including: Development, delivery channels, customer implementations, customer support, product enhancements, product trade-offs.

  • Lead product engagement and satisfaction efforts and manage the product and product line performance including attainment of revenue and margin objectives

  • A deep understanding of product adoption and usage and what those results mean, and engage in the collection of customer feedback
