M&A Finance Manager

Equifax is looking for a M&A Finance Manager with large company transformation experience in planning and executing strategy surrounding Revenue Assurance, C2O, Billing Operations, Collections, and Account Receivables. This person will define processes and KPIs to manage activities that will need to be performed outside the Global Billing Operations standards due to the current need of the implementation process into GFS. They will also manage a clean transition of the local processes to Global Standards within the implementation of each new geography into GFS as well as the transition of any M&A part of the Global M&A transformation roadmap. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in refining large scale financial transformation processes.

Reporting directly to the VP of Global Billing Operations, this opportunity is a hybrid workplace model offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our state-of-the-art newly renovated global corporate HQ in Atlanta, GA (Midtown)! 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Leads a group of seasoned experts that manage and support the M&A life cycle for Billing, Collections, Account Receivable.

  • Ensures all Equifax M&A companies are supported from purchase through to the point that they are moved to Equifax GFS Billing and R12 AR/Collections systems.

  • Ensures all current processes are documented to ensure process accuracy and available for training other employees.

  • Works closely with Revenue Assurance Leads, Billing Operations, and Revenue Accounting to ensure that current processes align with all other Global closing activities and policies.

  • Work with Billing Operations/Collections/Account Receivables Global owners to ensure that back up employees are identified and trained on the current process.

  • Develops a standard process for supporting the M&A transformation process.  Creates a play book supporting the process.  Establishes health report cards for reporting and raising key issues.  

  • Manage and develop a team of professional resources, including identification, recruitment and development that will support the BU that it will be migrated to GFS.

  • Travel (Domestic) up to 33% of the time

What Experience You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 5+ years of experience in managing Revenue Assurance, C2O, Billing Ops, Collections, and Account Receivables teams.

  • 3+ years of ERP/CRM implementation experience

  • 1+ years of experience in large-scale transformation projects

  • 1+ years of managing a team of direct/indirect reports

  • Experience with using and/or implementing ERP Oracle Billing Revenue Management (BRM)
