What you’ll do:
The Customer Relations Representative will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of candidate verifications through outstanding customer service, support and high-quality administration. You enjoy following processes and procedures and whilst this role involves inbox management, you are also willing to pick up the phone. You will also be available to work across a roster from 07:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Brisbane CBD location
You will be joining a diverse team and supported by an experienced team leader where you will be provided with structured training for 3-4 weeks. There is an opportunity for growth & development including cross skilling across divisions where your flexibility to adapt will see you on the fast track to success.
What are we looking for?
1-2 years in a call center environment at a high volume level or data entry/administration background
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail. is a must.
Comfortable following processes and procedures
Willingness to learn
Friendly and approachable.
Extra points for any of the following:
Similar experience in Banking & Finance sector
Proven experience in handling complaints will be looked upon favorably.
