WOTC - Client Data Services Specialist

You will support the Workforce Solutions Operations Work Opportunities Tax Credit group.  You will play a key role on the team by updating client files and ensuring data accuracy. The best thing, no two days are the same, as internal and external partners, along with the states we work with, all do their work differently. This allows you to learn every single day and become an expert in the various processes our partners employ, in order to help the WOTC team service our customers. 

What you’ll do

  • Create reports for WOTC Government Relations Processers based on priorities and requests from Manager and/or WOTC Government Relations Specialist(s).
  • Assign work to processers or bots based on priority and availability and train, monitor, and audit Processers work
  • Review, evaluate and update internal data in applicable EWS systems and databases using reports received by Manager and/or Government Relations Specialist and/or Government Relations Coordinator 
  • Review, evaluate EWS accounts on assigned States online WOTC systems. 

What experience you need

  • You have Advanced Excel skills, including an in-depth knowledge of VLOOKUP and the ability to merge data from different sources
  • You are proficient with the Google Suite of products
  • 1 - 3 years of professional office experience.
