What you’ll do:
In the role of Facilities Manager you will provide a high level of administrative and operational support to management on matters such as facility management and information services. This will also include managing 4 direct reports, ensuring the professional appearance of the office, negotiation of contracts and liaising with external suppliers, managing & overseeing the operation of a professional & efficient reception area, oversight of OH&S, Fire Safety and BCP administration.
The role is based in Docklands in a brand new state of the art office across the road from Southern Cross Station.
What are we looking for?
3+ years experience in a facilities / office management role
Background managing a team
Strong customer service skills
Proactive, enthusiastic and professional with excellent time management skills
Ability to work autonomously
Flexible – able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
Extra points for any of the following:
Background processing purchase orders
Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements
Experience in G-Suite – Docs, Sheets, Slides
