As the Product Manager - Cybersafety for Equifax benefits solutions, you will be responsible for helping to deliver and support award-winning identity-theft protection and financial wellness solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for functional areas of the product.  Bring new product features to market through thoughtful product requirements that drive product adoption and engagement (ID Watchdog and beyond)

  • Understand market drivers, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to determine the product plan and roadmap

  • Write requirements and work closely with the development and business operations teams to ensure the successful development, delivery, and implementation of product features

  • Evangelize the product internally and serve as the product expert, providing support to sales, marketing, and business operations teams to achieve business objectives 

  • Monitor product adoption, consumer engagement, and key performance metrics

What experience you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 3+ years of work experience as a product manager, product owner, or business analyst preferred

What could set you apart

  • A passion for improving customer experience and a desire to learn new technologies, business domains, and grow cross-functionally

  • Excellent written and verbal skills with sensitivity to diversity of audiences including internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and change in a collaborative and agile environment

  • Desire to learn new technologies

  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum, working in a B2B2C channel, or experience in the Financial Services, FinTech, Identity theft protection, or employee benefits markets

  • Experience with data & analytics technologies (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Python)

  • Understanding of product management and the software development ecosystem

  • Ability to travel up to 15%, as needed
