RPA Specialist

The RPA Specialist Intermediate role is to optimize and innovate business processes by designing and implementing automation solutions and /or creating/investigating/rolling out tools focused on cost reduction and speeding up productivity in the delivery of services this includes selecting, blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out solutions to end-users.

What you’ll do:

  • Design solutions for change requests and define and assign daily tickets/tasks

  • Maintain and support existing processes, tasks, and objects using best practices that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand

  • Control and monitoring of solutions and bot performance

  • Deliver on service levels agreements and provide reports related to support metric

  • Work closely with the RPA Platform Admin for environment issues resolution on existing automation

What experience you need:

  • 1+ years of experience as an RPA Configurator or equivalent (Cognitive Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Natural Language Processing)

  • 1+ years of experience in SQL, NoSQL, and relational databases

  • Minimum B2 level of English Proficiency

What could set you apart:

  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience 

  • Solid experience with creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components

  • Experience with. NET/Java development 

  • Think out of the box to get a bigger picture and increase the scope of automation.

  • RPA Developer Certified.

  • Solid knowledge of RPA to understand what can and cannot be automated

  • Ensure quality of components by performing thorough unit testing and code reviews mainly focusing on minor change requests or fixes
