As the Vendor Acquisition Integrator you will work closely with both new stakeholders on effective and efficient process operations and new vendors on interrogation processes with Equifax. You will work cross-functionally as the Project Manager for onboarding and vendor relations to collaborate regularly and be a great onboarding partner. What you’ll do
Participate in integration calls related to companies acquired by Equifax to collect detailed information on vendors and third parties currently used by the acquired company to determine the correct path to integrate those vendors into our P2P process and ensure timely payments during transition
Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure resources are properly trained on processes, policies, and systems..
Collaborating with Accounts Payable, CDH, and Sourcing teams on migrating information into our existing Equifax databases
Partner with Business unit leaders and teams to drive ongoing business process improvements
Providing SME knowledge for Procure to Pay and Third Party Oversight processes
What experience you need
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience).
1+ year experience of program and project management
1+ year of experience in supporting cross functional business services with an emphasis on Procurement functions
What could set you apart
Experience with Shared Services and/ or Outsourced Service Delivery Models
Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed global environment
In-depth understanding of Procure to Pay leading practices and experience with Oracle, SAP, and procurement systems
ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP and G Suite for Business knowledge (data entry skills)
Significant experience and use of ServiceNow, ERP software (SAP, ORACLE) and familiarity with Procurement & A/P systems and interfaces
