Sales Operations Business Analyst - Lead

In this role, you will use data science to generate actionable insights for the Business Units about increasing the revenue velocity, accelerating revenue, and improving the CX of our B2B clients during their onboarding process. You will act as an analytics translator and a data storyteller to depict how we are doing and how we can improve our results.

What you’ll do:

  • Data Science Practitioner: You will identify relevant data sources, collect structured and unstructured data, source missing data, enhance the data collection process, organize data into usable formats, execute the data processing (I.e., assess the quality of data, data cleansing & verification), build predictive models/machine learning algorithms, analyze data for trends/patterns/to find answers, create data visualizations, and generate reports/executive summaries/actionable insights for Business Units.
  • D&A Learning Enabler: You will also help build the D&A competencies of the team by collaborating with other areas, providing guidance up/down, and leading/mentoring more junior colleagues.
  • Technology Evangelist and Point of Contact: You will be exposed to cutting-edge technologies and should advise the organization to bring the latest tools/platforms into operations. You will also need to coordinate with the appropriate IT and D&A parties to set up the data infrastructure and develop, implement, and maintain databases.
  • Art of Data Storytelling: You will communicate information tailored to specific audiences with a compelling narrative. In other words, you will need to have the ability to write and speak clearly to quickly communicate and present complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.

What experience you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytical field preferred: Industrial Engineering or Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in Shared Services or BPO multinational environments.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce (I.e., Pardot, Onboarding, Sales, etc.) and large datasets and relational databases (SQL)
  • 1+ years of experience with reporting & data visualization tools such as Tableau Dashboards or Data Studio
  • English skills, both oral and written (B2+ Belt).

What could set you apart:

  • Postgraduate degree or Certification in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Big Data.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience as a people manager.
  • Experience automating business processes with No-Code Drag-&-Drop Automation tools like UiPath Studio X.
