Insights, An Equifax Company is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Insights Leader and Senior Leadership Team.

What you’ll do

  • Provide primary staff support for Insights Leader and Senior Leadership Team

  • Research, collect, compile and analyze a wide variety of complex data and information requests to prepare executive level reports and presentations; Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports and presentations

  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines of team members and maintain schedule of deliverables for internal/external presentations and work products

  • Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments and resolving conflicts when competing priorities occur;  Serve as lead coordinator for conferences and meetings

  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings

  • Complete requested business errands such as obtaining catering, ordering office supplies, circulating mail, handling overnight deliveries, processing expense reports, coordinating machine maintenance and coordinating employee set up and moves

  • May be required to contribute to projects and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and professional development

What experience you need

  • High school diploma completed

  • 5-7 years prior experience working for senior executives; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to solve problems and take ownership of assigned responsibilities, identify issues in advance and propose solutions for team consensus

  • Flexible team player who thrives in an environment requiring the ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects
