What you’ll do:  

The Process Automation Analyst (PAA) is responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions and/or creating/investigating/ rolling  out tools focused on cost reduction and speed up productivity. PAA is expected to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value propositions, reengineer processes to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach or strategy. PAA is also responsible for developing and enhancing all solutions in UiPath. Design, code, test and document all new or modified Systems applications and programs. PAA will be required to develop Process Description, Automated Process Description, and Solution Design Documents.

What are we looking for?  

  • 2-3yrs of experience in process mapping, requirements gathering and process automation

  • Experience in UiPath robot development and Uipath automation

  • Proficiency in developing Process Design Documents (PDDs)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to liaise with Business Teams and SMEs

  • Experience in developing new processes, maintenance of existing processes and change requests

  • Excellent attitude and aptitude.

  • Experience in UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere

Extra points for any of the following:  

  • Exposure or experience in ServiceNow automation,

  • Experience in requirements gathering & process analysis
