M&A Valuation Analyst

As a Valuation Analyst with EFX you will report directly to the VP of Corporate Finance and be responsible for collecting, researching, compiling, and presenting models, reports, and projects as a part of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Units and Corporate Development teams. This role will function in a cross-divisional, collaborative manner with a high degree of corporate visibility. If this is you, come join our global team. 


What you’ll do 

  • Manage multiple projects deadlines
  • Collaborate with tax, audit and reporting teams across our global enterprise
  • Work closely with the M&A Valuation team and cross departmentally with the Business Unit, Corporate Leadership, and Corporate Development teams to provide value-added actionable reporting on valuation models 
  • Be a key player in the corporate finance valuation model space
  • Perform due diligence and valuation assessments for potential acquisitions 
  • Build financial data reports and plan recommendations as a key driver in the acquisition process 
  • Deliver and present dynamic key highlights to business partner and key stakeholders

What experience you need 

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, in Finance, Economy or Accounting fields preferred
  • 5+ years of financial reporting, modeling, forecasting and due diligence 
  • 1+ years experience in research and analysis for start up, technology or Mergers and Acquisitions division
  • 1+ years summarizing and presenting summaries
  •  1+ years creating "what if" models
