You will be playing a key role inside the Product Marketing team in Open Banking or Identity, Fraud and Compliance , leading the design and delivery of all campaigns as well as helping to shape the core value proposition for newly established Identity services. You will own the full funnel and pipeline when it comes to driving engagement from product and feature development, to product and feature promotion as clients sign-on.


 

What you’ll do 

  • Own and deliver the Product Go to Market strategy, delivery and results including Roadmap and Dashboard related to prospect and client engagement

  • Lead all creative, segmentation and tracking using both in-house and outside help to build continuous engagement amongst prospects and clients

  • Interpret and validate personas, target audience groups and core journeys that matter most in delivering impact across the new Product set

  • Be accountable for all key engagement metrics, especially the ones at the top of the funnel that aim to attract and maintain engagement for Product development and demand generation

What experience you need  

  • Understanding of B2B SaaS business buying cycles and personas as well as funnel driven engagement programs

  • Knowledge of Open Banking or Identity, Fraud and Compliance

  • Human driven conversational content that solves problems based on clear Use Cases

  • Community management, segmentation and targeting

  • Continuous campaign management

  • Agile/ Lean and User Centred Design Thinking

  • Fundamentals of impactful communication

  • Leading the promotional effort across the full funnel and associated metrics
