Senior / Lead PMO Analyst

Transformation Delivery has two key function areas “ The Project Management Office" (PMO ), to manage the Equifax portfolio of change, through annual planning,  setting the governance, standards and best practice which delivery is executed upon. The “Delivery” function, leads initiatives to a high standard ensuring that business outcomes are achieved through execution excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Head of PMO and team, in the management of the Operating Plan to ensure all projects align to the wider business strategy and strategic roadmap of the organisation.

  • Implementation and adherence to the governance framework

  • Provision of status reporting on the Operating Plan across multiple business functions

  • Monitoring the progress of initiative plans against deliverables and key milestones

  • Tracking of resource utilisation across the operating plan traversing all business areas and variety of skill sets 

  • Manage and track portfolio level KPI’s in line with individual initiatives milestones

  • Provide reporting metrics to the Executive team that facilitate prioritisation, recruitment and capacity planning decisions

  • Lead the development & implementation of processes/procedures for quality assurance and control across project/programme deliveries. Performing regular quality assurance audits of projects to assure best practise adherence

  • Oversee the project Change Control process and implementation across each geography

  • Be an advocate for best practise and provide support and coaching on all aspects of project management to project leaders across the UK business

  • Manage the forward view of capacity and demand across the timeframe of the operating plan, regularly communicating updates to the wider business

  • Manage the collation of Risks identified within the wider BPMO team, inputting to the corporate Risk Management Process

  • Contribute to the company’s image through a professional approach

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Equifax products & services together with the market and regulatory conditions in which the company operates

  • Requirement to travel within UK as needed

  • Other additional duties as can be reasonably required to fulfill the role

What Experience You'll Need

  • Experience in a similar role dealing with multiple resource types applied to a variety of projects

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

  • Understand the principles of successful programme management from a support perspective

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills and the ability to produce management report templates and presentations from concepts and rough drafts to a high standard

  • Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and present across all levels of seniority within organisations

  • Strong Organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own time effectively, working to demanding timescales and deadlines

  • Decision Making/Judgment - Recognizes problems and respond, systematically gathers information, sorts through complex issues, seeks input from others.

  • Results Focus - Targets and achieves results, sets challenging goals, prioritizes tasks, overcomes obstacles, accepts accountability, sets team standards and responsibilities.

  • Experienced user of G-Suite e toolset

  • Experience of reporting and presenting at all levels of the organisation  Experience of a Service-oriented ethos

  • Adaptable and willing to accept tasks determined by the need of the moment.

  • Qualified P30 Practitioner

  • Prince2 Foundation (minimum), ideally Practitioner
