Job Synopsis:

This position is accountable for the GCS D2C Canadian Line of Business including financial P&L, Marketing, Strategy and execution through matrix team members in product, operations and IT

Marketing the organization ́s products and/or services including market research, direct marketing, product management, market development, communications and pricing. 

Researching, developing, planning, designing, maintaining and implementing policies and programs that enhance the organization ́s relations with the community, the public, governmental and regulatory authorities, shareholders and/or employees

What You'll do:

  • Provide thought leadership to drive the creation of product strategy and portfolio management, maximizing opportunities through comprehensive solutions and marketing plans relevant to the assigned market/vertical

  • Identify and develop new solutions leveraging market expertise, direct customer feedback and input from customer facing teams

  • Partner with product managers to drive and deliver product line performance (revenue, margin, growth) for multiple large/complex product sets with high revenue potential, enabling achievement of revenue and growth targets

  • Manage new product innovation and go-to-market execution including launch and life cycle management from idea to strategies to product plans, driving the definition and execution

  • Lead product strategy, road-mapping and design to align to market demand and strategic goals and engage with global product teams to leverage best practices and global trends

  • Maximize growth opportunities through comprehensive product portfolio and marketing plan relevant to market and segment needs and engage and define strategies needed to support differentiation and utilization of assets

  • Identify, implement and manage product partnerships to drive revenue growth and market penetration while also Identifying, recruiting, developing, retaining and leading team of managers and individuals accountable for developing market leading solutions

Qualifications:

  • MBA and Business Degree

  • 10+ years of marketing of product experience

  • 7+ years expereince leading BU and Managing P&L accountabilities
