 Equifax is seeking a self-driven business analyst who is interested in supporting internal stakeholders in solving operational business issues.  This opportunity will focus on supporting and enhancing business process, data, & technology and in providing end user support for the Salesforce and integrated technologies. The ideal candidate for this role should be interested in pursuing a career in technology, data and/or operations.

What You’ll Do 

  • Cloud Based System Consulting & Support – 80%

    • Design & deploy an end user support model for internal sales & marketing user communities leveraging  the Salesforce Lightning application

    • Enhance, document & support process, data and system(s) (Salesforce, High Velocity Sales, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InsideView, etc.) to promote overall healthy data quality and the end user experience for the USIS Sales and Marketing audience, ultimately leading to increased sales revenue 

  • Apply technical background in combination with business knowledge to liaise across different cross functional teams (sales, operations, finance, IT) to solve daily business issues

  • Improve overall system hygiene in partnership with internal sales operations and data governance teams

  • Promotes best practices & training to increase usability and adoption across different business user groups

  • Reporting & Communication – 20 %

    • Create & distribute gap analysis to enhance data quality across systems

    • Create & deliver status reporting to different cross functional teams (sales, operations, finance, HR, IT) 

What experience you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or any related field

  • Previous experience obtained through work or internship

  • Quick learner, ability to multitask, and adapt to fast paced work environment

  • Exceptional work ethic and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G Suite programs – emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and/or Drive

  • Quick thinking and the ability to provide customer service with a sense of urgency 

  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
