As a Product Operations Manager, you will support operational activities across the portfolio of internal products, including annual road mapping, quarterly planning, voice of customer strategy, scorecards, portfolio-level work entry, business case governance,  change management strategy and execution to mature a product-led organization, executive level reporting/story-telling, and ad hoc initiative management. ​Current portfolio is divided into 3 segments:

  • Solutions for all Equifax team members

  • Solutions for EFX technologists

  • Solutions for business operations teams and corporate functions

What you’ll do

  • Enable product mindset across the product portfolio - includes driving adoption of the product hierarchy and maintaining portfolio-level roadmaps enabling alignment with the Equifax Technology roadmap  

  • Support Voice of the Customer strategy, streamlining VoC activities across product families

  • Support cross-organization dependency identification and roadmap validation  

  • Support product adoption strategies and tracking across the portfolio

  • Partner with Agile Transformation team to create and implement the product management-product owner operating model

  • Partner with Product Readiness to drive appropriate supporting education, communication, and collaboration across the organization to enable adoption

  • Drive operational efficiencies across product families - lead, contribute to, and participate in alliance-level collaboration for continuous process improvement, ex: Agile improvements, strategic initiatives, escalation-resolution 

  • Program manage business case process across the portfolio and partner with product managers to enable meeting enterprise requirements from finance/HR

  • Reporting - produce executive level quality reports that provide accurate, well-articulated updates that properly manage expectations of all stakeholders in the organization

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience

  • 5 to 7+ years’ professional experience across Program, Operations, and Product Management.

  • 3+ years' experience supporting operational activities across the portfolio of internal products

  • Experience producing executive level reporting to help manage expectations across an organization.
