Intern-Independence Center

The  Independence Center Intern is responsible for data entry, filing, photo copying, sorting and/or distribution of documents as directed by CDS Management.

What you’ll do

  •  Prep and File documents according to supervisory direction.

  •  File and mail POA/OMA documents to the states weekly

  •  Enter or key information into a computer.  Batch document to send to imaging

  • Distribute documents to the appropriate personnel as required/needed.

  • Help with special projects as needed.

  • Regular attendance is an essential function of the job and is required

  • The Intern may be requested to code or load information into the computer or other filing means.

  •  Additional projects and duties as deemed by management.

  • Prepare and send Weekly Listing Reports to clients

What experience you need 

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 6 months prior office experience

  • Intermediate experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Windows-based programs is preferred.
