Frontline Manager - Data Quality Management

The Frontline Manager provides leadership, day-to-day oversight and direction to 8-10 employees within the Data Quality Team. The candidate works closely with the team director toward meeting department and company performance standards and goals. The position duties include a wide range of activities including monitoring Team performance, providing guidance on difficult client issues, assigning workload and making sure high levels of customer service are provided at all times.

What you’ll do

  • Mentor the team/direct supervisory responsibility for individual contributors in Implementation and/or Data Quality Assurance areas, including time approval and reviews

  • Assist Leader in keeping the team on track to meet goals and review current processes regularly to increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction

  • Assist in resolving data/application/access issues and monitor project reporting of Implementations to ensure timeliness and clients success

  • Collaborate across functional domains (Ops, IT, External Partners, Reporting, etc.) to identify root cause of API processing and data issues

  • Provide technical guidance and support with our pre-sales partners for prospective clients throughout the partner sales process and build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients (Partners, Alliance Sales, IT, Product, etc.)

  • Serve as point of escalation for team’s technical needs and coordinate resolution amongst impacted teams and provide ad hoc analysis of issues and assess business impacts to creatively recommend solutions for the short and long-term.

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of comparable, successful business experience

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or IT related field is required

  • Experience with integration technologies, platforms, and tools 

  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS)

  • Internal and external client service/support experience

  • Experience in collaborative problem solving within a large organization

  • Ability to travel as necessary

  • Experience with LEAN and Project Management a plus
