The Alliance Manager is responsible for Partner relationship, engagement, and revenue growth. This includes selling solutions directly to partners, partnering on distribution, collaborating on joint innovation and development, building joint sales pipelines, and ensuring the partner is successfully selling to the end customer.

What you’ll do 

  • Identify and secure New Customers/Partner Sales

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to drive sales opportunities into new government agencies, or within new divisions of existing government client base

  • Land and grow new Customer/Partner Revenue across the EFX solution portfolio

  • Develop contact network within new Customers/Partners and facilitates connection to relevant EFX counterparts

  • Lay early foundation for long-term Customer/Partner Relationships

  • Identify, develop, manage, and close opportunities spanning all Equifax solutions with Prospects

  • Complete appropriate research on the prospective Client’s business imperatives and Risk, Fraud, and Marketing strategies

  • Define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful Customer value

  • Network to build relationships with economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers in target Customers

  • Leverage Account, Solution, and Delivery team resources effectively and at appropriate times to advance opportunities

  • Lead Account Strategy motions with cross-functional team to identify sales opportunities tied to EFX value-add

  • Respond to Prospect RFI and RFPs 

  • Drive strong pipeline development and sales execution

  • Travel: up to 20%

What experience you need

  • 5-7 years of experience in client facing, new business development sales in the federal government 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience selling data and insights driven solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

What could set you apart

  • Knowledge of the federal government procurement cycle (vehicles, budgeting, or RFI/RFQ and orals)

  • Advanced or masters degree

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales, USIS capabilities (risk, identity/fraud, commercial, marketing)

  • Technology or software, platform skills

  • Proven and reference-able track record in quota attainment developing new business and delivering revenue growth through direct sales

  • Comfortable with a ‘hunter’ type role, able to quickly build pipeline and qualify an opportunity

  • Executive level sales, account and relationship management skills essential to influence decision making

  • Ability to operate and succeed in a matrix organization, and collaborating effectively with a cross-functional team to align and coordinate internal resources

  • Refined skills in developing and delivering compelling presentations
