Senior Director, CRM Product Management

The Product Manager will work across USIS, Commercial Excellence and IT partners to understand specific business requirements to deliver innovative product features & solutions for our client facing teams. You will identify and scope opportunities for new capabilities, ensuring the right features make it into the final product.  You will also analyze the performance of current systems and features, monitor feedback from customers and take actions to further improve them.

Primary responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to establish a commercial technology roadmap that is aligned to the business strategy and growth goals.  Optimize value of connected applications, data sources and third-party sales enablement tools.

  • Review new technologies and trends to keep USIS at the forefront of developments in digital platforms.

  • Conduct recurring internal reviews addressing costs, project schedules, risks and other process or platform considerations.

  • Maintain and report on overall initiative and roadmap progress, status, and health.

Requirements, Adoption, Continuous Improvements

  • Obtain a deep understanding of workflows, processes, and tools, including gathering constant feedback from sales and other functional areas to gain insights to drive future CRM enhancements.

  • Serve as the CRM product expert in cross functional efforts to support a timely delivery of high impact projects and act as the primary support and point of contact for Enterprise level  salesforce.com system integrations.

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, document current and future state business processes, and understand business priorities to recommend technology solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve or automate current state business processes.

  • Develop the goals, strategies, and tactics to drive step-change adoption of and engagement with new CRM solutions to ensure ROI.

  • Coordinate training resource(s) with USIS University and secure necessary budgets to ensure effective adoption and engagement with new capabilities.

Partnership

  • Foster collaborative working relationships within USIS, Commercial Excellence,  IT, additional business units and with external consultants to execute delivery of additional platform capabilities.

  • Meet aggressive deadlines for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
