The Mortgage Operations Leader focuses on coordinating key stakeholders for delivery (Data & Analytics, Technology, Product) and manages a team of configurable/custom Service resources to enable delivery. The DTO Manager is aligned with multi domains within an assigned vertical. 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of configurable/highly configurable Service resources to enable delivery

  • Manage operational teams to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

  • Foster relationships across leaders (Sales, IT, D&A, Product)

  • Own delivery timelines; partner with Customer Success Managers to keep customers informed of delivery milestones and timelines

  • Attend internal handoff between (ATO/Account Team Organization, STO/Solutions Team Organization, DTO/Delivery Team Organization), specifically spending time with Solution Specialists on highly configurable proposals

  • Review/Sign off on configurable or highly configurable deals to ensure sales, delivery, and customer expectations are aligned

  • Responsible for prioritizing escalations and coordination with internal teams to solve

  • Quality controls are implemented & next steps towards quality maturity score improvement are worked upon

  • Issues & Defects are logged in a timely manner & RCA is conducted promptly

  • Metrics for improvement are gathered, tracked and analyzed for continuous improvement

  • Timely and regular updates are made to the Quality Implementation Tracker, to track the progress on action items

What experience you’ll need:

  •  Manages professional employees and/or front-line managers focused on a narrow range of work within a function (i.e., a job family)
  • Is accountable for the performance and results of the team

  • Identifies and resolves technical, operational and/or organization problems

  • Makes decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager

  • Develops plans and leads resources to meet operational objectives within area of responsibility; May contribute to the development of strategy in partnership with senior managers

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 7+  years of experience in Operations 

  • 5+  years experience working across different lines of business, products, and IT

  • 3+ years  managing Professional  band level employee

  • Working knowledge of delivery platforms (Online & Offline)

  • Ability to interact and engage in customer meetings

  • Ability to drive operational effectiveness and prioritize delivery for assigned account team

  • Ability to influence across DTO delivery teams and drive flawless execution
