What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for the integrity, completeness and accuracy of financial information and systems of the organization in local GAAP and US GAAP.

  • Financial accounting, statutory reporting, consolidation of subsidiaries, management and business metrics reporting, tax, treasury and all general accounting functions.

  • Ensuring all matters concerning corporate governance are carried out as per company guidelines.

  • Liaising with internal and external auditors and tax advisor as required.

  • Responsible for observance of all corporate standards for finance and control area.

  • Reviewing monthly reconciliations of balance sheet and P&L accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 

  • 4+ years of experience (Big4 experience required) 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in geographically dispersed teams 

  • Strong accounting skills, including foreign currency transactions

  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Experience in Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management preferred

  • Ability to engage, inspire and influence people and effective team player 

  • Strong managerial, interpersonal, communication skills.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
