Process Engineer

The process engineer will be responsible for the execution of process analysis looking for options for improvement, automation and excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, Work-Out, Engineering and any other measurement and process improvement tool.
Will work closely with internal and external process managers and decision makers creating a strategic alliance based on assertiveness. 
This person should be able to obtain a high level of understanding of the processes, their metrics and trends in order to identify and propose sustainable, measurable and strategic improvements. 

What you’ll do

  • Recommend and implement improvements in processes to generate efficiencies based on the findings previously identified, using Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis, Work-Out, Engineering Tools, Robotics, etc for process improvement.
  • Support for the design and implementation of new procedures, process improvement and other tasks related to improving the customer experience and reduction of errors and rework for back office programs.
  • Work closely with RPA creating the baseline for automation projects.
  • Track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades
  • Analyze data to determine trends and present it in ways to help people and the organization make better decisions

What experience you need:

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer or related
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Process Engineer on the Service Industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (B2 - C1)
