Equifax Workforce Solutions has an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst within the Data and Analytics (D&A) organization. This role will support the rapidly growing Employer Services line of business and will help design and develop a host of innovative data assets focused on Human Capital & HR compliance management solutions. The candidate will work closely with customers on analytical options that address their specific needs, the associated business benefits, cost and trade-offs, and translate recommendations into an actionable execution plan. The candidate will be based in St. Louis, Missouri and will be a valued member of a growing Equifax Workforce Solutions’ Data and Analytics organization.
What you’ll do
Perform advanced data analysis, mining Equifax’s vast data assets for significant patterns and insights
Deploy expertise in data storytelling to facilitate understanding when communicating complex results to varied audiences
Develop sustainable, reusable, and rigorously tested data pipelines wrangled from disparate systems to drive faster, more actionable insights
Exhibit strong understanding of business processes that drive the influence of data entry and collection. Artfully translate this business logic into feature engineering and data transformations to ensure alignment between humans, application systems, and big data.
What experience you need
5+ years of work experience in identifying, gathering, transforming and analyzing data within and across database platforms
Advanced Tableau skills or comparable data visualization tool; advanced SQL skills
Strong analytical skills including the ability to rapidly learn new data assets and how to apply them to business impacts
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable discipline or experience
What could set you apart
Work experience building, loading, transforming, and analyzing data within Google Cloud Platform or other similar cloud environment
Work experience in the SaaS industry driving sales or marketing functions
Work experience with People Analytics and Human Capital Management
