What you'll do:

  • Designs and delivers sales performance reporting and metrics via dashboards to Sales Leaders and their teams to increase visibility and track key performance indicators/metrics

  • Applies a methodical approach to data extraction and analysis to identify meaningful trends and sales performance information then adapts or summarizes as needed

  • Effectively articulate data issues, key findings, trends and results to various levels of management

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (product, marketing, etc.) and senior management to conduct needs assessment to deliver organization strategies, tactics, and learning solutions that support sales objectives

  • Performs data analysis, interpretation and recommendations to identify opportunities and trends to drive better business decisions and revenue growth for senior leadership

What experience you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in applicable corporate functions (e.g., Pricing, Sales, Strategy, Finance)

  • Minimum 1 year of presenting data to senior leadership

  • Minimum of 2 years Microsoft suite of tools (Word, Excel, Access, CIS, CRM and Power Point) and working knowledge of data from CRM & CIS to create data reporting along with data integrity

  • Minimum of 2 years with in sales forecasting software (Salesforce, etc.) 

  • Minimum of 1 year in Business Intelligence tools (TIBCO Spotfire, Tableau, etc.) or Analytical tools (R, Python)
