What you'll do:
Designs and delivers sales performance reporting and metrics via dashboards to Sales Leaders and their teams to increase visibility and track key performance indicators/metrics
Applies a methodical approach to data extraction and analysis to identify meaningful trends and sales performance information then adapts or summarizes as needed
Effectively articulate data issues, key findings, trends and results to various levels of management
Collaborate with cross functional teams (product, marketing, etc.) and senior management to conduct needs assessment to deliver organization strategies, tactics, and learning solutions that support sales objectives
Performs data analysis, interpretation and recommendations to identify opportunities and trends to drive better business decisions and revenue growth for senior leadership
What experience you'll need:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in applicable corporate functions (e.g., Pricing, Sales, Strategy, Finance)
Minimum 1 year of presenting data to senior leadership
Minimum of 2 years Microsoft suite of tools (Word, Excel, Access, CIS, CRM and Power Point) and working knowledge of data from CRM & CIS to create data reporting along with data integrity
Minimum of 2 years with in sales forecasting software (Salesforce, etc.)
Minimum of 1 year in Business Intelligence tools (TIBCO Spotfire, Tableau, etc.) or Analytical tools (R, Python)
