Experience Manager, Client Implementations

The Experience Manager is responsible for the success of obtaining talented resources to fill open positions within Operations overseeing best placement within the organization based on skills, competencies and experience with a focus on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and would ensure that proper tools and processes are available and optimized.

What you’ll do

  • Direct supervisory responsibility for individual contributors in Implementation and/or Data Quality Assurance areas, including time approval and reviews and monitor and report overtime expenses and manage expense to budget

  • Mentor the team

    • Provide guidance to handle difficult client situations

    • Lead recurring one-on-one meetings with each team member 

    • Identify individual training issues and provide instruction

  • Assist in providing training to new hires, including obtaining and requesting key access needs to perform job duties 

  • Review and assess new team members acumen and abilities throughout introductory period, leading to determining which area of focus in Implementations or DQA new team member will be most successful 

  • Review current processes regularly to increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction and monitor project reporting of Implementations and DQA to ensure timeliness and clients success

  • Closely collaborate with operational training teams providing relevant product and process updates, ensuring training content is maintained and kept current. 

  • Act as Point of Contact for internal and external candidates. Contact existing managers for internal candidates to review work performance

  • Coordinate all training/coaching programs and opportunities with Implementations and DQA Trainers and serve as point of escalation for team’s technical needs and coordinate resolution amongst impacted teams

  • Lead Mentorship and Badge program initiatives


What experience you need

  • 4 - 5 years of onboarding or relevant experience

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities

  • Proven decision making skills

  • Demonstrated ability to solve unique and complex issues

  • Bachelors Degree, preferred

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be self-motivated and have proven ability to motivate team members
