The Senior Director, UX/UI Strategy and Research will shape and drive strategy work across the business unit, with a focus on UX, UI, research and digital marketing. Working with business unit leaders, vertical marketing leaders and technology partners, the role is focused on promoting digital transformation through the delivery of business application modernization strategies across application portfolios. This individual will provide support across a broad range of Digital activities. 

What you’ll do

  • Shape and lead business strategy and transformation engagements 

  • Develop compelling business rationale for UX, UI and Digital Marketing projects

  • Build and manage cross functional relationships within the business unit

  • Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and business cases to present to senior leadership

  • Partner with delivery teams on requirements, prioritization and timelines and develop personas, journey maps and other research artifacts to inform design teams in collaboration with customers 

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field 

  • Minimum of 3 years of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm

  • At least 7 years experience with UX, UI and Research best practices

  • At least 5 years experience with B2B Digital Marketing, preference given to those with ecommerce experience 

  • Understanding of product management principles
