Agile Delivery Leader

This will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and have hands-on training whilst influencing and supporting this exciting programme of work during this transition.

What you’ll do 

  • Overall responsibility for the Development Roadmap ensuring delivery to plan

  • Lead multiple development squads working on product development and transformation

  • Risk Management and resolution

  • Responsible for the management of strategic blockers and impediments 

  • Provide Progress reports, blockers, challenges to Tribe Leader

  • Ensure the squads have the right capacity, structure, roles and skills in order to deliver their roadmap commitments

  • Be an Agile champion and work with Scrum Master / Agile Coaches to evolve the Agile methodology

  • Develop an environment of iterative and continuous improvement 

  • Promote continuous feedback, health checks, team self reliance and cross team collaboration

  • Ensure security and compliance principles are embedded within the squads

  • Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and standards - drive adoption of Build it, Own it, Run it

What experience you need

  • Intermediate experience in a fast paced agile environment applying agile principles and continuous improvement

  • Good experience in leading, motivating and inspiring  multiple teams simultaneously,

  • Good understanding of software engineering and product development

  • Strong communicator, negotiator and influencer

  • Strong experience managing multiple squads
