HIREtech Main line phone support and routing to proper division. Client/technical support from calls/emails or chats for the I-9 Platform.

What you’ll do

  • Daily Detailed Data Entry of Form I-9 for Remediation projects.
  • Responsible for providing service and support to clients by answering calls, voicemails, and emails in a fast-paced environment and walk clients through managing pending/outstanding E-Verify cases. 
  • Solve problems and investigate a wide variety of issues or requests. This includes gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with internal and external support teams to fulfill the request 
  • Use CRM software to route, maintain and track outstanding service requests and provide detailed documentation regarding status to all parties involved 
  • Provide consistent client contact and feedback and resolution from product devolvement team findings

What experience you need

  • Become and I-9/E-Verify subject matter expert in 3-4 months
  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience
  • Bachelors degree is a plus
