TDX Planning and Execution Manager will support the TDX Chief Technology Officer in managing the business of the technology function. The broad range of responsibilities this covers includes Portfolio Management, Financial Controls, Strategic/Operational Reporting, Process Standardisation and Technology Controls Assurance. Also working as part of the extended European Planning and Execution team.
As our new Planning and Execution Manager, you will ideally have a good understanding of the agile development lifecycle, good experience of providing oversight and governance, embedding new policies and processes and a good understanding of finances including cost saving/ time vs cost etc to assure delivery on projects and BAU.

What you’ll do
Manage the TDX Technology portfolio, including overall portfolio budgeting, planning and overseeing the execution and reporting.
Support and govern the Technology team in adhering to processes, controls, metrics and associated reporting
Manage the technology risks, and the technology risks on the Enterprise risk register.
Monitor and communicate portfolio measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks
Ensure sound financial health of the portfolio
Support and coordinate the Technology budgeting process
Support, and facilitate where needed Audit, Risk and Controls Assurance across the department
What experience you need
Good experience working within IT PMO role, large project or portfolio management
Good experience of developing and maintaining effective relationships across business and IT in a matrix-structure
Good knowledge of Agile project management approaches
