This role will be focused on assisting in development and design complex solutions for high end customers. This person will be responsible to help customers troubleshoot issues and provide support to existing/new applications
What you’ll do
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end user support for Company’s employees and partners in multiple geographies.
Provide basic training and operational services to end users.
Document requests, incidents and user queries, and monitor solution processes.
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a scalable team while providing timely status and manage multiple tasks.
Create, develop, maintain or improve applications based on new platforms/tools/systems.
What experience you need
English proficiency, level B2 or C1 (verbal and written)
1 - 2 years of experience working with end user support.

Experience with common Agile software development and collaboration tools
