Operations Key Initiatives Leader

Equifax is hiring an Unemployment Key Initiative Leader, to be located in its Earth City (MO) service center!  The Key Initiative Leader will drive execution and strategy of projects related to the successful fulfillment of Equifax’s Unemployment Cost Management solution.  The role plays a pivotal component of the successful execution of corporate and business unit program roll outs. The Key Initiative Leader engages the right subject matter experts including functional, technical, and process automation to ensure the project/program is successful. The individual is the catalyst of change, both with people and processes. This key role will work closely with the Operations Leadership Team as well as the business unit, sales, finance, legal, IT, and external clients & partners as an Operations Team owner on major projects.


 

What you’ll do

  • Develop key working relationships with cross-functional business partners within Equifax.

  • Perform program risk management, and identify and implement risk resolution remedies.

  • Monitor and communicate program measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior level management.

  • Define program controls and governance – processes, procedures, reporting and policies – to manage the overall program.

  • Direct resources, stakeholders and deliverables aligned across multiple interdependent projects within the program.

  • Ensure program deliverables align to the program’s desired outcome and supports business initiatives and strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous process improvement and automation to drive further efficiencies (i.e. Noble Workforce Management, RPA, Quality Management, etc.)


 

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor degree in a related field required

  • 10+ years business experience

  • 5+ years first-hand experience managing projects with integrations or automation of manual processes in a large corporate environment

  • 5+ years leading and executing key strategic programs, working across multiple stakeholder groups

  • MBA

  • Unemployment Cost Management knowledge

  • 5+ years in a large, multi-BU corporate environment

  • Solid understanding of solution needs and influencing product, sales and other stakeholders

  • Experience working with technology stakeholders, developers, and architects

  • Analytics experience (reporting and analysis)
