UC Operations Technology Analyst - EdgeWise

This position is responsible for analyzing current processes within the EdgeWise business unit to provide potential solutions through business requirements and development.  This position works closely with the development team in implementing and testing the processing system to ensure client standards are met.

What you’ll do

  •  Development of business requirements

  •  Review of functional and technical specification to assure proper functionality

  • Work closely with development team during developmental phase and conduct the testing required prior to system releases

  •  Investigation of issues posed by internal and external clients for resolution

  •  Performs special projects and related duties as assigned


What experience you need 

  •  Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of related experience

  •  Knowledge of the EdgeWise platform is required

  • PC literacy and capability to learn/utilize internal applications

  • Customer service experience
