Equifax Workforce Solutions is hiring a Technical Product Analyst Consultant for its St. Louis Compliance Center support team. The Technical Product Analyst Consultant assists external clients with questions/problems regarding Workforce Solutions applications and services. In this direct client-facing position, s/he will receive and respond to telephone and written requests, then investigates and resolves or tracks progress through resolution.  The Analyst Consultant investigates clients' access, configuration, compliance, functionality issues, as well as troubleshoots using different production and support applications, logs, and other team contacts. S/he frequently interacts directly with contacts at mid-to-upper levels of client organizations and typically delivers support and technical information to non-technical contacts. The position is not related to internal help-desk or software support.

This position is 100% onsite and does not offer a work-from-home/remote work arrangement.

What You'll Do

  • Assists external and internal clients with questions/problems regarding multiple Equifax applications and services. 

  • Receives and responds to escalated telephone and written requests from clients contacts at mid levels of client organizations, account managers, and internal staff related to technical issues or account maintenance needs. 

  • Resolves the issue or engages other technical resources in order to resolve, tracks progress through resolution, and effectively communicates the resolution to the requestor. 

  • Investigates access, configuration, compliance, functionality issues, as well as troubleshoots using different production and support applications, file archives, logs.

What Experience You Need

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years' experience in a technical support or technical customer service position, or similar

  • 5+ years' experience working with data files, logs, data errors, and the like

  • 1+ years' experience using SQL for querying and coding (you should be able to rate yourself at least a "5" (of 10) on SQL skill)

  • 1+ years' experience supporting in a Windows-based environment
